An Independent Practice, Personally Conducted

Anushree Agarwal practises as an Advocate at Jaipur, appearing principally before the Rajasthan High Court and the National Green Tribunal. The practice is a litigation practice: matters are prepared and argued personally, and the volume of work is kept deliberately measured so that each brief receives sustained attention.

The core of the work lies in property and land law — title, possession, development agreements and statutory real estate regulation — and in environmental litigation, where questions of land use, water bodies and regulatory clearance frequently intersect with property rights.
